My order showed up quickly, but like i said, it wasn’t totally right. Two of the items didn’t match what I picked, which was frustrating. Support did fix one of them, but like i said, it was still annoying having to deal with it

My order did arrive on time, so that part was fine, but I was disappointed once I opened it. The quality feels cheaper than I expected for the price, and one piece already looked worn. I also kind of felt ignored, like no one really cared to check that the item was in good condition before sending it out. It works for now, but I don’t think I’d buy it again...

I tried sending something back and it was way more hassle than it shouldve been. They took forever to reply, the instructions werent very clear, and I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. Frustrating experiance overall.

I found the product info confusing. The details were so vague that I wasn’t really sure what I was buying, and when I tried to get clarification, I had to chase them for a proper answer. Not the easiest experience.

I think I may have called at a bad time, but the staff didn’t seem very familiar with the products. I got two different pieces of wrong info, and by the end I was more confused than when I started. Maybe it was just unlucky timing, but it wasn’t much help.

I’ve ordered from albrightssupply.com twice now. i mostly pay attention to whether the items show up in good shape, and they did, so that part was fine. The only thing that really stood out to me this time was the shipping felt slower than I expected. Not a big deal overall, but noticeable. I’d probably still order again if I needed something.

I went to albrightssupply.com because the item I needed was showing as available, so I figured I was good to place the order.

After I ordered, I was told it was actually backordered with no clear idea of when it would be available. that’s frustrating because if something isn’t really in stock, it should say that before someone pays.
I ended up canceling and buying it somewhere else. To me, the stock info just doesn’t seem dependable, and I don’t think I’d bother ordering from them again

I’m not sure if I missed something, but I felt like I needed the actual pickup details spelled out more clearly. I kept second-guessing where I was supposed to go and what exactly was happening. Maybe it was just me, but having the specific pickup info upfront would’ve made the whole thing a lot less confusing

I was all set to place the order, and then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. That pretty much made me stop right there. The items might be totally fine, and I did want them, but with the delivery fee added on it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Also, I wish that cost had been clearer earlier instead of finding out at the very end. It was just kind of frustrating.

What I got didnt really look like the pictures online. The product photo was misleading, so I was a bit disappointed when it showed up.

This was supposed to be compatible with my unit, but it didn’t fit at all. I thought it would be a quick, simple replacement, and instead it turned into a hassle. Frustrating.

I ordered the wrong size and reached out to exchange it. The first reply came fast, so I thought, great, this should be easy. Then it turned into what I’d lovingly call the “please give me literally any update” tour, because I had to keep checking in to find out what was going on.

To be fair, they did eventually get it sorted, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But shipping it back and waiting for the replacement took way longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, just one of those annoying little “patience-building exercises” I didn’t sign up for.

I’ve ordered from albrightssupply.com a few times, mostly when I found a promo code. A couple of the discounts worked out okay, but sometimes once shipping was added, it didn’t feel like I was saving as much as I expected. It’s not a bad site, and I’d probably use it again, but I do wish the deals were a little more obvious so I felt more confident I was actually getting a good price. Overall, it was just an average experience for me

Something about this shop just feels a little off to me . I didn’t feel totally comfortable ordering from them , so I’m not sure I’d trust them much .

I wasn’t really happy with how everything went. The updates were super slow, and the whole process was literally just frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again

The item itself was fine, but the packaging could definitely use some work. It wasn’t packed very well, which is always exciting if you enjoy a little suspense when opening a delivery.
